Corn & Potato Chowder

Romain spears stuff with baby shrimp & herbed croutons drizzled with creamy Caesar dressing

Entree
Beef roulade stuffed with bacon, onions and carrots, braised in red wine served with butter noodles and sweet & sour red cabbage

Dessert
Ice cream drizzled with ice wine sauce, served with butter & cinnamon cookies
