Lamb pinchos and small cod tapas

2nd Course
Sushi tower trasher plate w/ spicy tuna

3rd Course
Nigiri salmon, hamachi and half sushi roll (boricua roll)

4th Course
Habichuelas con dulce (sweet cream of beans) with a Japanese twist
